Transmission grind in 1-3 gear at low rpm's?

I drive a 1992 Honda Accord EX. I Hit a speed bump a little too fast and hit the ground really hard. (the car is lowered about 4- inches from stock). Now when I shift in 1st through 3rd gear there is a grinding noise coming from the left side and you can feel it too, but when I'm above 2 rpms the grinding stops. I know my car might be ****** at this point, but I want to know the exact problem so that I can possibly fix it or know if I should get rid of the car. Thank you.
