The transmission oil pump may be failing?

The transmission oil pump may be failing on my 99 honda accord. Or my torque converter may be going bad. I was told to let the car warm up for 5 minutes an see if it still happens and it it does do better. Before it seemed like it was coasting/didn't want to move when trying to get out of a parking spot. Warming it up does seem to help with the problem, but I'm wondering it that is a clue to narrowing down which problem it is?
