I scraped the front left bottom fender on a curb in my Honda Accord sport. How much $ to fix?

I'm so confused about my car?

So the vin number says it's a 2008 Honda civic ex 4 Door sedan. The car has leather sterring wheel, seats, and heated seats and was sold to me as the ex-l sedan.
