How much does an h22 swap cost into a 1992 prelude?

I have a 1992 honda preldue with a f22 non vtec engine and i belive it has a blown head gasket, and i was considering an h22 vtec swap for it, does anyone know how much would that cost? Or what other vtec engine would be good for my prelude?
