How can you get the best rock bottom price on a new car?

I am shopping for a 2017 Honda Pilot but car buying services like Truecar is only offering a $2000 discount. I feel like that's not very much. Would it be possible to get $4000 off? How?

Fuel filter leaking after replacement?

I have a 1996 Honda Accord, the fuel filter was dirty so my boyfriend decided to change it. Now sometimes the gas sprays or leaks in the new filter also leaking from the washers as well. We used a flare wrench and tried tightening it for hours. Put the old fuel filter on and it still does it, and old washers and still does it. What could possibly be causing this? Can I replace my OEM non-navigation head unit with a OEM navigation head unit?

The head unit for my 2017 Honda CR-V EX got damaged. Warranty won't cover it, and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I found a used 2017 Honda CR-V head unit online but it is for the trim that includes gps navigation. Can I replace my factory non-navigation with the factory navigation head unit? Even if the navigation won't work, would everything else work the same by just plugging it in? Is 100K too many miles for a used car that s not a diesel?

People told me that many miles is only OK if it's a diesel. It d be a 2002 Honda car, and I d need to get it checked but it's supposed to be in great condition. I d probably put at least 10-15K miles on it a year, since where I live everything is far. Added (1). Darn it, it posted wrong and can't delete now. Ballpark cost for car fix?

I posted this earlier with inadequate information, so here we go again. It's a 1998 Honda Civic. I turned right out of my parking spot only for my car to drop on the right side and make a very ~expensive~ dragging noise. The ball joint is in pieces, the control arm is pulled from where it's supposed to be, and it seems the half-shaft has been pulled out of the transmission.
