Does Honda Dio stainless steel guard kit come with a front bumper guard?

Yesterday I've bought a Honda Dio scooter along with the stainless steel guard kit. But I found that there is no guard for the front bumper. Can somebody please let me know whether it comes with a front bumper guard or not?
