2010 Honda Shadow Phantom opinions?

I'm thinking about getting a 2010 Honda Shadow Phantom and I was just wondering if anyone had an opinion about the bike and it's performance. It's a 750cc and it will be my first motorcycle. I'm 6' tall and weigh 170
