1997 honda accord won't start

I had put a post up before about my situation but i think left somethings out. Long story short my car died on the highway. Pulled over once it started back up. Went half a mile it did a slight clunk and died. This time i when tried to start it, it sounded like a power drill. Did research its not the starter because i see everything moving when its cranking, the distributor rotor isn't spinning, but i see the cams moving thru the oil cap but it still sounds like a power drill.

I have an 2008 Honda crv Ex and this code came up "Code "P2A00" Oxygen sensor circuit range/performance bank 1 Sensor 1 i want to replace it myself because i know its simple and the dealer wants to charge me over $300 and i can do it for half the cost when i looked it, it has two sensors together one closer to the engine and the other a bit more behind it i don't know with of the two it is. Vehicle emissions test after new battery install on a 2006 Honda Civic?

Hi guys, The last time I had my battery replaced the emissions data failed to register and after 3 failed and inconvenient attempts at the testing site, I ended up shelling out $130 at a repair shop to have the reset done after which the car passed the emissions test. I m in the same situation a few years later now, the battery was recently replaced and I need to get The emissions tested again. I ve read on some threads there's a fuse that can be pulled and replaced after 30 seconds, is that something I can do myself to ensure a successful emissions test without having to spend all that money at a repair shop?
