1997 honda accord broken timing belt or timing is off?

Was driving home from work on the interstate. Was approaching traffic so i hit the clutch to downshift. When i hit the gas nothing happened. When i looked at the dashboard everything was lit. I pull over and start the car back up. I drive another half a mile and when i press the clutch, i heard a slight clunk and it died again. When i tried to start it, it sounded like a drill running. I seen online thats no compression which is a sign that the belt is broken. But my car started back up again. So is the belt broken or is the timing horribly off? The engine is a f22b2.

What's the deal with honda not being able to use coolants with silicates if it makes the coolant better and safer for the engine. Reason?

Is it for a reason or just honda wants our cars to last shortly? Added (1). Any more answers i was checking out that video then checked and notice newer cars don't use the coolant anymore so what's the deal we have to go back to inferior coolant i've read it eats the seals in cars? Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced. Loss of power in Low RPM?

Hey guys, I ride a 2011 CBR 250R，Recently I have been having a problem with losing power during first and second gears around the low-mid RPM's. It happens when I accelerate at a quicker speed it feels like the power cuts (which engine braking occurs) and then it accelerates again after 1 or 2 seconds. It usually occurs when I have 1 or 2 bars of fuel left so i believe it might be a problem with the fuel or petrol. I have been filling my tank with the normal petrol required at well known gas stations in my area. I have recently had this problem but after servicing the motorcycle (a few weeks ago), it was a problem with the air filter being very clogged and dirty, after servicing it was fine, and then this started happening recently. anyone have any idea what the problem is? I did email honda and they said my chains and sprockets may be the cause to it and they need to be replaced, I'm looking to replace them but I'm afraid if after replacing them, the same p...
